Rendon Strategies was launched to support movement building and non-profit organizations to build their capacity and strategy to create meaningful change internally and externally. I am leveraging 20 years of experience in labor and base building organizations to help organizational leaders achieve their full potential to build strong and resilient organizations. I support leaders and organizations to develop structures, systems, and organizational cultures that will create the environment where staff can thrive, and organizations can create the change they seek to make in our communities.
As an organizational leader, I was constantly searching for resources and coaching to grow my skills and those of my team to navigate and excel in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Rendon Strategies was created to meet those needs. I partner with organizations to develop and facilitate processes for change management, strategic planning, comprehensive campaign planning, systems development, organizational positioning, coalition building, and to align organizational culture with strategy.
