I have extensive experience managing in unionized environments and can advise managers/directors on how to establish relationships and strong cultures in non-profit environments where staff are unionized or unionizing. 

Community Engagement and Coalition Building

Facilitation and coordination of coalition tables or supporting organizations to strengthen community partnerships and develop new coalitions.

Organizing and Comprehensive Campaign Planning

Facilitation of training and planning processes to support organizations with membership growth and engagement, strategic research, corporate and comprehensive campaigns, and developing and implementing winning organizing campaigns. I can either develop and facilitate a planning process or partner with you in creating and delivering trainings, strategic research, or campaign plans.

Leadership Coaching

I provide executive, leadership, and management coaching at all levels. I have been through a lot of success and adversity throughout my career and leverage my experience to provide thought partnership and concrete strategic support to organizational leaders.
